The Digital NSW division within the Department of Customer Service (DCS) is responsible for administration of the Telecommunications Purchasing Arrangement (TPA) procurement panel. The TPA is set to expire end June 2025 and DCS has commenced a project to replace it with a new panel, termed TPA V2.0.
This RFI presents an overview of the proposed approach to the TPA V2.0 and provides Respondents an opportunity to provide DCS with feedback. DCS is specifically interested in hearing from suppliers of enterprise telecommunications goods and services which fall within the scope of the proposed TPA V2.0 panel, as described in section 2.2 of Part A. Response to this RFI is optional and will have no bearing on Respondents’ participation in any future market approach.
Responses must be submitted by filling out Part B – Response Schedule by the Closing Date and Closing Time.

DCS agrees to grant the request for an extension. The Closing Time and Closing Date is amended to 9am AEST, 17th June 2024.
