Tender Details
The scope of the project includes the following:
Replacement of the existing air handling multizone unit and associated refrigeration plant with seven air cooled split ducted systems.
Provision of two small ducted split type air conditioning units to serve selected areas on Ground and First floors.
Replacement of the existing air cooled split packaged unit (Carrier) with three roof top type units.
Provision of control system.

Tenders, sealed and endorsed "Provision of Mechanical Services for Richmond Senior Citizens Centre, 114 March Street, Richmond - Tender No. 00709" on the outside of the envelope are to be addressed to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council and placed in the tender box in the Council Office at 366 George Street, Windsor or can be submitted electronically through the WSROC site.
