Blacktown City Council (Council) invites quotations from suitably qualified consultants for the delivery of a Mapping Package to Council under a Contract arrangement.

Respondents will use the free All Purpose Evaluation Tool (Apet) eResponse software to open the downloaded AEM file and to provide the information requested in an Apet Response File (ARF file).

Respondents should download Apet eResponse Version 2.1 from website: http://downloads.langeconsulting.com.au By using Apet eResponse, the ARF file is automatically created by Respondents. A pdf copy of the quotation must be created using Apet and lodged through the electronic tender box.
