Tender Details

Council is calling for suitable qualified Contractors to undertake the construction of the Wyatt Park Stormwater Harvesting Scheme, Church Street, Lidcombe. The project involves extraction of stormwater from an existing Sydney Water Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT), treating and storing the water to use for the irrigation of Lidcombe Oval and the Athletics Field which are located within Wyatt Park.

The proposed works are located within a public park. There are existing active and passive users which will have to be accommodated during the construction.

The major works being undertaken include:

  1. Supply and install pumps in the GPT with controls.
  2. Supply and Install a 120kl concrete buffer tank,
  3. Supply and Install 2 x 375KL steel storage tanks,
  4. Supply and install 3 hydrofilters
  5. Earthworks including all environmental controls,
  6. Filters and Treatment for the stormwater and all associated pipework,
  7. Electrical connection to mains, electrical controls, installation of Cloudmaster controller(supplied by Council),
  8. Training,
  9. Commissioning including the provision of as built documentation,
  10. Maintenance in the defects liability period.
