Tender Details

Council, through this Request for Tender (RFT) No 2020/21 W154-1014, is seeking to construct an accessible ramp to one section of Hargraves Lookout and upgrade steps and paths to other parts of the lookout. All Balustrades on the western side of the lookout are to be replaced. New seating is also to be installed. The works have been divided into two Separable Portions A & B. The tender should be prepared as noted in the pricing schedule in the two sections Separable portion A and Separable Portion B.

It should be noted that Hargraves Lookout is a Heritage Listed lookout. The design has been approved under Part 5 EP&A Act which takes into consideration a Heritage Impact Statement prepared by Betteridge Heritage

Proponents must declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years, where they have been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation; and
