Tender Details

Blacktown City Council and Liverpool Plains Shire Council have established a Sister City relationship and have used this relationship as the basis to develop the Regenesis Project. Regenesis is developing a biodiversity based carbon sequestration program for Blacktown City Council and Liverpool Plains Shire Council that may have wider application for local government. The synergies between the urban and rural councils will provide a dynamic basis for an exciting and ground breaking project.
