WSROC / PRINTING GRAPHIC DESIGN AND DISTRIBUTION - T-05-93

Auburn Council is seeking to identify suitably experienced organisation(s) with the view to obtaining their services for period contracts for the term of two (2) years with two one (1) year options of the below services.

Council may select a panel of Preferred Contractors to carry out each of the services or Contract with only one Contractor.

Print

Auburn Council has a large variety of printing requirements including office stationery such as letterheads, business cards, envelopes and with compliments Slips, duplicate and triplicate pads, plan printing and bound booklets. Council also produces a quarterly community newsletter and an assortment of Brochures. (see specification details)

Council’s current expenditure for printing is estimated at $100,000.00.pa.

Design

Auburn Council has a requirement for design of most of the above items.

Council’s current expenditure for design is estimated at $50,000.00.pa.

Distribution

Auburn Council currently distributes it’s community newsletters and assorted brochures throughout the Local Government Area.

Council’s current expenditure on distribution is $20,000.00.pa.
