RFI to sound the Salary Packaging Services market, by soliciting “non-binding” relevant information to aid in developing TfNSW Scope of Requirements.

TfNSW seeks salary packaging provider information to aid in developing a scope of requirements for future Procurement activity. TfNSW wishes to redevelop their Salary Packaging solution offering employees a flexible and beneficial way to optimize their salaries through tax-effective packaging options. This initiative aims to enhance employee satisfaction and retention by providing a variety of packaging choices that suit diverse employee needs, including novated leasing, superannuation contributions, remote area benefits, and work-related benefits. Note: TfNSW makes no commitments as to whether a supplier will be engaged in a potential procurement process for any services at the conclusion of this RFI.
