Tender Details
Spatial Services manages a large repository of data, with mission critical data being stored on HPE 3PAR technology. As such, this is a critical piece of infrastructure which needs ongoing support and maintenance.
Scope of Services
Services to be provided include:
- Patching of HPE 3PAR 8400 controller firmware
- Support for zero-day vulnerabilities impacting the HPE 3PAR 8000 controllers
- Support in the instance that there is a failure of the HPE 3PAR 8000 controllers
Out of Scope
- Replacement of failed disks in the HPE 3PAR 8000 disk sub systems
Reporting
- Usage report to be generated quarterly and provided on request
Geographical coverage
- HPE 3PAR 8000 systems in the Spatial Services Data centre location in Bathurst
- HPE 3PAR 8000 systems in the Silverwater Government Data Centre in Sydney
