Council is calling for suitable qualified Contractors to undertake landscape construction works for the upgrade of Railway Park, corner Rawson Street and Station Road, Auburn. This project is part of the ongoing Auburn Town Centre Public Domain Improvement Strategies.
Upgrade works for the Park involves regrading of the existing park, part road closure and extension of Auburn Railway Station pedestrian forecourt, reuse of existing pavers & sandstone on site to create a new pathway networks, new park lighting & furniture and tree & shrub planting. Architectural components for the works include the installation of an automated public toilet system, new shade structures and precast concrete seats and stairs.
