Tender Details
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the provision of domestic waste management services throughout the Cumberland Local Government Area, an area comprising of approximately 70,000 residential properties. Services offered for tender include the collection of domestic kerbside garbage, recyclables, and garden organic bins, clean-up services and dumped rubbish collection. Formal tenders must be submitted by 2:00pm Friday 26 May 2017.
A mandatory pre-tender briefing is to be held on 16th May 2017. It will consist of a Council presentation at the Cumberland Council Merrylands Offices (1.30pm -2.30pm) and visiting the Guildford and Auburn Depots (3:00pm – 5:00pm). Please contact Jade Setter on (02) 9840 9626 for registration.

Responses must be submitted via electronic lodgment on the NSW eTendering site or placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for T-2016-028 Waste Management Services” and placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Merrylands Customer Service Centre, at the address shown below. Submissions via email and fax are not acceptable.
Tenderers are required to comply with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
