Tender Details

Penrith City Council (Council) is seeking Tenders from innovative Food and Beverage operators for the soon to be revitalized historic Police Cottage at Regatta Park in Emu Plains.

The term of the lease is for an initial 5-year period with the option to extend by another 5 year term in Council’s favour.

The Police Cottage is located at 4 Punt Road Emu Plains NSW 2750.

A non-mandatory pre tender site visit will be held on 9 June 2021 at 11am and 16 June at  9:30am to address key elements in the tender.

Please note only one site visit is available per tenderer on the above dates. No other sites visits will be made available. All questions will be made publicly available as an addendum.
