Provision of Security and Gatekeeping Services at Buttonderry Waste Management Facility
The works under the Contract cover the provision of security and gate keeping services at Wyong Shire Council’s Buttonderry Waste Management Facility located on Hue Hue Road, Jilliby. The services include processing, identifying and classifying waste transactions, collection of disposal fees, reimbursements of takings and provision of security services. The services may be required seven days per week, 361 days per year and the contract period is three years with the option for a 1 year extension (at the discretion of the Council). Payment will be made at the end of each month for the previous four/ five week period based on the tendered rates. This is a schedule of rates contract.

Supply and Delivery of Tools and Hardware
The scope of the Contract covers the supply and delivery of: Various Tools and Hardware items to Council’s Works Depots at Charmhaven and Long Jetty, as and when required and over a period of up to 3 years commencing from the date of acceptance of tender. A 2 year optional extension is available to the Principal based on satisfactory performance. It is mandatory that a site inspection of Council’s existing Tools and Hardware range must be conducted by prospective tenderers prior to the closing of the tender to ensure that pricing offered conforms to the existing product range. Pricing is fixed for the first year than subject to rise and fall based on the Price Variation Clause stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract.
